Go to Settings > Gift Cards and activate the feature. Connect your payment processor if not already done.
Create gift card denominations
Set fixed amounts ($25, $50, $100) or allow custom amounts. You can also create service-specific gift cards.
Offer a bonus incentive during holidays: 'Buy $100, get a $120 gift card.'
Design the digital gift card
Customize the card design with your branding, add a personal message field for the sender, and set the expiration policy.
Set up the purchase flow
Configure the gift card purchase page with sender details, recipient email, delivery date, and personal message.
Enable gift card redemption during booking
Add a 'Gift Card Code' field to your booking checkout so recipients can apply their balance when booking.
Promote your gift cards
Add a prominent 'Gift Cards' link to your booking page, website navigation, and email campaigns, especially before holidays.
