Configure automatic link generation
Enable auto-generated meeting links so a unique Zoom/Meet/Teams link is created for each booking.
Customize the confirmation email
Ensure the meeting link is prominently displayed in the confirmation email and calendar invite.
Set buffer time between calls
Add 5-15 minutes of buffer between video calls to avoid back-to-back fatigue and allow for overruns.
Test the full flow
Book a video appointment, verify the meeting link is generated, check the confirmation email, and join the call to ensure everything works.
