Create Microsoft Teams meeting links for appointments
Connect Microsoft Teams once and choose Teams as a service's location. SchedulingKit creates a Teams online meeting for each booking, saves the join link on the booking, and updates or removes the meeting when the booking is rescheduled or cancelled.
How the connection works
Connect Microsoft Teams in Settings → Integrations → Video Conferencing. It's one Microsoft account per team, and meetings are created as that account. A Microsoft calendar connection on its own doesn't create Teams meetings. The Teams connection under Video Conferencing is what does.

How It Works
Connect Teams
Go to Settings → Integrations → Video Conferencing → Microsoft Teams and click Connect.
Sign in with Microsoft
Approve permission to create online meetings. Your IT admin may need to approve SchedulingKit first.
Set the location
Choose Microsoft Teams as the location on each service that should use it.
Book
Each booking creates a Teams meeting and saves the join link on the booking.

Automatic meeting links
When a client books a service with Microsoft Teams as the location, SchedulingKit creates a Teams online meeting through Microsoft Graph and saves the join link on the booking. Meetings are created with the lobby bypassed for everyone and all participants allowed to present. Reschedules update the meeting and cancellations remove it.
Channel notifications
SchedulingKit doesn't post booking alerts to Teams channels. If you want chat alerts for new, cancelled or rescheduled bookings, the Slack integration does that natively.
Calendars and meetings in a Microsoft 365 organization
Calendar and meeting connections are separate. Connect Outlook / Microsoft 365 under Calendar Connections so busy times block your booking page, and connect Microsoft Teams under Video Conferencing for meeting links. Recording, transcription, screen sharing and meeting policies are controlled by your Microsoft 365 account and your organization's settings, not by SchedulingKit.
What the Microsoft Teams integration doesn't do
- One Microsoft Teams account per team. Meetings for every host are created under it.
- No native posting to Teams channels.
- Recording, compliance and meeting policies are Microsoft features governed by your account; SchedulingKit doesn't control them.
