Create Google Meet links through a connected Google Calendar
Google Meet doesn't need a separate connection. Once your Google Calendar is connected with a calendar set to receive bookings, choose Google Meet as a service's location. SchedulingKit creates the calendar event with a Meet link and saves that link on the booking.
How the connection works
Google Meet works through your Google Calendar connection. A host needs a connected Google calendar with “Add events to this calendar” turned on. When a service's location is Google Meet, SchedulingKit asks Google to attach a Meet link to the booking's calendar event, then copies the link onto the booking.

How It Works
Connect Google Calendar
In Settings → Integrations, connect Google and turn on “Add new events to this calendar” for at least one calendar.
Choose Google Meet
Edit a service and pick Google Meet as its location.
Client books
SchedulingKit creates the Google Calendar event with a Meet link.
Link saved
The Meet link is copied onto the booking so it's included in the booking details.

Virtual consultations
For 1:1 video consultations, connect Google Calendar, set the service location to Google Meet, and share your booking page. Each booking creates its own calendar event with a Meet link, so every client gets a separate meeting.
Team bookings
The Meet link is created on the calendar event of the host whose Google Calendar receives the booking, so each host needs their own connected Google calendar. Google Meet doesn't decide which staff member takes a booking. That's set by the service's host settings in SchedulingKit.
Client onboarding calls
Use SchedulingKit's booking-form questions to collect what you need before the call, and its email reminders (plus SMS on paid plans) to cut no-shows. Google Meet supplies the video link on the booking's calendar event.
What the Google Meet integration doesn't do
- Requires a connected Google calendar with “Add events to this calendar” turned on.
- Recording, captions and breakout rooms depend on your Google account and are managed in Google Meet, not SchedulingKit.
- The link is created by Google when the calendar event is made. SchedulingKit doesn't create Meet rooms independently.
