We process account, scheduling, communications, and technical data needed to deliver SchedulingKit and support users.
Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, consent where required, and legal obligations.
Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA (or where these rights apply), you may exercise the following rights subject to verification and legal exceptions.
- Right of access to your personal data and information about processing
- Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable
- Right to restriction of processing in defined circumstances
- Right to data portability for data you provided where processing is automated and based on consent or contract
