Automatically create Zoom meeting links for bookings
Connect your team's Zoom account once and set a service's location to Zoom. Every booking then gets its own scheduled Zoom meeting, the link is saved on the booking for you and your client, and SchedulingKit updates or deletes the meeting when the booking changes.
How the connection works
Connect Zoom in Settings → Integrations → Video Conferencing. The connection is one Zoom account per team, and meetings are created under that account. Choose Zoom as the location on a service, and each booking gets a new scheduled meeting that follows the booking when it's rescheduled or cancelled.

How It Works
Connect Zoom
Go to Settings → Integrations → Video Conferencing → Zoom and click Connect.
Authorize
Sign in to Zoom and approve SchedulingKit's permission to create, update and delete meetings.
Set the location
On each service that should use Zoom, choose Zoom as the location.
Book
Each new booking creates a Zoom meeting and saves the link on the booking.

Automatic meeting links
Once Zoom is connected and a service uses Zoom as its location, SchedulingKit creates a scheduled Zoom meeting as soon as a booking is confirmed and stores the join link on the booking. If the booking is rescheduled, the meeting's time is updated. If it's cancelled, the meeting is deleted from Zoom.
Group sessions and classes
How many people can book a slot is set on the service in SchedulingKit. How many people can join the call is set by your Zoom plan's participant limit, not by SchedulingKit. Check both before you run large group sessions.
One-to-one consultations
Each 1:1 booking gets its own scheduled Zoom meeting rather than a shared personal room. SchedulingKit creates meetings with join-before-host on, the waiting room off and automatic recording off. It doesn't manage waiting rooms, passcodes or cloud recording. Those are controlled in your Zoom account.
Webinars
Zoom Webinars aren't supported. SchedulingKit creates regular Zoom meetings. It doesn't create webinar registrations, register attendees in Zoom, or pull attendance reports. For a talk or class with many attendees, use a group service with a capacity limit; each booking includes the meeting details.
What the Zoom integration doesn't do
- One Zoom account per team. Meetings for every host are created under that account.
- Meetings are created with the waiting room off, join-before-host on and automatic recording off. SchedulingKit doesn't configure recording, breakout rooms or waiting rooms.
- Zoom Webinars and webinar registration aren't supported.
- You can't disconnect Zoom while future bookings still have Zoom meetings.
