Each integration below is labeled by how it actually connects: a native connector, a website embed, a Zapier recipe, or the REST API.
SchedulingKit connects natively to Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple iCloud calendars (busy-time checks plus booking events), Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams (meeting links for bookings), Stripe, PayPal and Square (online booking payments), Slack (booking alerts) and SMS reminders. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Shopify use a booking embed. CRM, email-marketing and database tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Notion and Airtable connect through Zapier. Developers can use the REST API and signed webhooks.
Known issue: signing in to the SchedulingKit app inside Zapier with an API token currently fails. Until that’s fixed, add a webhook in SchedulingKit (Settings → Webhooks, Pro plan and above) that points to a Webhooks by Zapier “Catch Hook” trigger. See API & webhooks
