By accessing or using SchedulingKit, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the services. We may update these terms and will provide notice as required by law.

Description of Service

SchedulingKit provides online scheduling, booking, communications, and related features as described on our website and in-product documentation.

Features may vary by plan; we may modify or discontinue non-material aspects with reasonable notice when practicable.

User Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials, accurate registration information, and all activity under your account.

Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or legal risk.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the services lawfully and respectfully, and not to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the platform.

  • No unlawful, harmful, harassing, or deceptive conduct
  • No scraping, overloading, or attempts to bypass technical limits without permission
  • No distribution of malware or unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Compliance with export, sanctions, and applicable industry rules where relevant

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page and checkout terms. Taxes may apply where required.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled; refunds follow the policy shown at purchase.

Intellectual Property

SchedulingKit and its licensors retain all rights in the software, branding, and content we provide, subject to the limited license granted to use the service.

You retain rights in your customer data; you grant us a license solely to operate and improve the service as described in our agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchedulingKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to amounts paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be communicated as required.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to our SMS service, you agree to receive automated text messages from SchedulingKit related to appointment scheduling, reminders, confirmations, and account notifications.

Consent: By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our service.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your scheduling activity.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We reserve the right to modify these SMS terms at any time. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
