Connect Apple iCloud Calendar using CalDAV
SchedulingKit connects to iCloud Calendar over CalDAV using your Apple ID email and an app-specific password. It reads busy times from the calendars you select and adds new bookings to your chosen calendar, which then appear on your iPhone, iPad and Mac through iCloud.
How the connection works
In Settings → Integrations, choose Apple Calendar and enter your Apple ID email and an app-specific password (created at account.apple.com). SchedulingKit finds your iCloud calendars, reads busy times every 10 minutes, checks them again when a client books, and writes new bookings to the calendar you choose.

How It Works
Create an app-specific password
Sign in at account.apple.com, open Sign-In and Security → App-Specific Passwords, and create one for SchedulingKit. Two-factor authentication must be on.
Connect in SchedulingKit
Go to Settings → Integrations → Apple Calendar and enter your Apple ID email and the app-specific password.
Select calendars
Choose which iCloud calendars to check for conflicts and which one receives new bookings.
Let it run
Busy times refresh every 10 minutes, with a live check whenever a client books.

iCloud sync setup
Apple doesn't offer a sign-in-with-Apple calendar connection for third-party apps, so SchedulingKit uses CalDAV with an app-specific password. That password only works for calendar access and can be revoked at account.apple.com at any time. Your normal Apple ID password is never entered in SchedulingKit.
Notifications on iPhone and Apple Watch
Bookings are written into your iCloud calendar, so they show up in Apple Calendar on your iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. Any alerts you get come from your Apple Calendar notification settings. SchedulingKit doesn't send push notifications through this connection. Client-facing confirmations and reminders are sent by SchedulingKit by email (and SMS on paid plans).
Availability across your devices
An event you add on any Apple device syncs to iCloud, and SchedulingKit picks it up on its next refresh (every 10 minutes) or during the live check when a client books. Changes are not reflected instantly on your booking page.

- SchedulingKit doesn't send notifications to your Apple devices. Device alerts come from Apple Calendar's own settings.
