A Workflow on Standard and above can email her a thank-you with your booking link a few days after each visit. What SchedulingKit doesn't do: tags, custom fields, segments, CSV import or export, lapsed-client alerts or marketing campaigns.

Automatic Client Profiles
Every online booking creates or updates the client's record from their email address: name, phone, address and notification preferences. On Standard and above you can also add clients manually, one at a time.
Appointment Timeline
See each client's upcoming and past bookings, total bookings and total spent. Review them before each session so you never ask 'remind me what we covered last time.'
Payments and Invoices
On Standard and above, take full payment or a deposit at booking through Stripe, PayPal or Square. Remaining balances are invoiced with a payment link, never charged automatically. Each client record shows their total spent.
Staff-Only Notes
Add private notes such as preferences or a color formula. There are no custom fields, and notes are not a place for health or clinical information.
Reminders and Workflows
Email reminders on every plan; SMS on Standard and above for clients who opt in. Workflows can send an email or SMS a set time before or after each appointment, or on cancellation.
Client Portal
On Standard and above, clients sign in with a password or emailed link to see upcoming and past bookings, reschedule or cancel within your rules, check package balances and leave reviews.
