White Label Scheduling Platform
Your brand, your booking experience. Remove all SchedulingKit branding, use your own domain and SMTP, and deliver a fully branded scheduling experience your clients will trust. Available on the Business plan.
White label scheduling software — a category of white-label products — lets agencies, SaaS platforms, and service businesses offer appointment booking under their own brand. SchedulingKit's white label features give you complete control over the domain, emails, logos, colors, fonts, and every client-facing element — so your scheduling tool looks and feels like it was built by your team.
Everything You Need to Go White Label
Full brand control from the booking URL to the confirmation email. No compromises.
Custom Domain (CNAME)
Map your booking pages to your own domain — booking.yourbrand.com — so clients never see a third-party URL. Set up a simple CNAME record and your scheduling pages live on your domain within minutes.
Custom SMTP Email
Send every confirmation, reminder, and follow-up from your own email address using your SMTP server. Clients see your domain in the sender field, not SchedulingKit.
Remove All Branding
Strip every trace of SchedulingKit from the client-facing experience. No 'Powered by' badges, no footer links, no third-party logos — just your brand, front and center.
Custom Logo & Colors
Upload your logo, set your brand colors, and apply them across booking pages, email templates, and confirmation screens. Every touchpoint matches your visual identity.
Custom Fonts & Styling
Go beyond colors. Choose custom fonts, adjust button styles, and fine-tune the look of every element on your booking pages to match your brand guidelines precisely.
Booking Page on Your URL
Your booking page lives at your domain, not on schedulingkit.com. Clients visit a URL they recognize and trust, which increases conversion rates and builds brand credibility.
Emails From Your Domain
Transactional emails — confirmations, reminders, rescheduling links — all arrive from your domain with proper SPF/DKIM authentication, improving deliverability and trust.
Complete Brand Control
From the booking URL to the confirmation email, every client interaction looks and feels like it was built by your team. No compromises, no third-party footprint.

White Label FAQ
Common questions about white labeling your scheduling experience.
What does white label scheduling mean?
White label scheduling means removing all references to the scheduling platform provider and replacing them with your own branding. With SchedulingKit's white label feature, your clients see your domain, your logo, your colors, and your email address — never SchedulingKit. It's as if the scheduling software was built in-house by your team.
Which plan includes white label features?
White label features are available on the Business plan. This includes custom domain mapping, custom SMTP, full branding removal, custom logo and colors, and custom fonts. The Free and Starter plans include basic color customization, but full white labeling requires Business.
How do I set up a custom domain for my booking pages?
Add a CNAME record in your DNS settings that points your chosen subdomain (e.g., booking.yourbrand.com) to SchedulingKit. Once the DNS propagates — usually within minutes — your booking pages will load on your custom URL. SSL is provisioned automatically.
Can I send booking emails from my own email address?
Yes. Enter your SMTP server credentials in SchedulingKit settings, and all transactional emails — confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and cancellation notices — will be sent from your domain with proper SPF and DKIM authentication for maximum deliverability.
Will my clients ever see SchedulingKit branding?
No. When white label is enabled, every client-facing element is branded as yours. There are no 'Powered by SchedulingKit' badges, no footer links, and no third-party references anywhere in the booking flow, emails, or confirmation screens.
Make it yours.100% your brand.
Remove all traces of SchedulingKit. Custom domain, custom emails, custom everything. Your clients will never know you're using a third-party scheduling platform.
