Connect SchedulingKit to Salesforce via Zapier

There's no native Salesforce connector. With Zapier, a new booking in SchedulingKit can create a Salesforce lead (or another record you choose) with the client's details and the appointment time. You decide the mapping, and nothing syncs back from Salesforce automatically.

Connects through Zapier

There's no native Salesforce connector. You build a Zap: SchedulingKit's New Booking trigger, then a Salesforce action such as Create Record (Lead). Zapier connections use SchedulingKit's API and webhooks, which are included on the Pro plan and above. You also need a Zapier account, and each Zap runs on your Zapier plan.

Known issue: signing in to the SchedulingKit app inside Zapier with an API token currently fails. Until that’s fixed, add a webhook in SchedulingKit (Settings → Webhooks, Pro plan and above) that points to a Webhooks by Zapier “Catch Hook” trigger. See API & webhooks

Why Connect Salesforce?

Booked prospects land in Salesforce without manual entry

Your team can see the appointment time on the lead

You control exactly which Salesforce object and fields are used

How It Works

03

Map fields

Map client name, email, phone, service name and start time to Salesforce fields.

04

Test

Make a real booking on your booking page and confirm the record in Salesforce.

Salesforce workflows

From Salesforce to a booking

The simplest path is to send prospects your booking link. A Zap that starts in Salesforce and uses SchedulingKit's Create Booking action is possible for eligible services, but that action doesn't take payment. Test it end to end before relying on it.

Linking meetings to opportunities

SchedulingKit doesn't know which Salesforce opportunity a booking belongs to. To attach a booking to an opportunity, add a Salesforce search step in your Zap (for example, find the contact by email, then the open opportunity) and map the association yourself.

Which fields you can map

New Booking includes the booking ID, service name and ID, client name, email and phone, start and end time, time zone, status, notes, location, meeting link and payment amount. It does not include the assigned staff member. Answers to your custom booking questions aren't in the trigger. Fetching them needs an extra API step.

What the Salesforce integration doesn't do

  • No native Salesforce app and no automatic two-way sync.
  • Opportunity association requires your own lookup step in the Zap.
  • Custom booking-question answers aren't included in the New Booking trigger.
  • The New Booking trigger fires for bookings made on your booking page or through the API. Bookings you add by hand in the SchedulingKit dashboard don't fire it.
