Agency purchased from September 1, 2026 has 10 calendars, four team seats including the owner and 10 monthly SMS segments; older Agency licenses retain 25 calendars, unlimited seats and 20 SMS segments. Pro has unlimited calendars, team seats and SMS.
Paid Features Have Different Billing Models
Individual Lifetime costs $29 once and Agency Lifetime $79 once; Pro costs $12/month or $99/year. These plans have different entitlements, so a lifetime purchase does not automatically include every Pro feature.
API and Automation Access Require a Paid Plan
TidyCal includes API access, Zapier and AI assistant connectivity through MCP on paid plans. Compare the specific integration you need; an unsupported overall integration-count ranking does not establish workflow fit.
Branding Removal and Domains Depend on Plan
Paid plans add AI and analytics; Agency and Pro support round robin and collective meetings. Pro removes branding and includes a custom domain. Agency licenses purchased before September 1, 2026 retain a custom domain; newer Agency licenses do not.
