Embed SchedulingKit booking on WordPress

Copy an embed code from SchedulingKit and paste it into a Custom HTML block (or the HTML view of the classic editor). Clients book, and pay if the service has a price, without leaving your WordPress site. Bookings, payments and client records stay in SchedulingKit.

This is an embed, not an app connector

This isn't an app connector. On the Event Types page, open Share & Embed for a service and copy one of four options: Direct Link, Inline Embed, Popup Widget or Button Link. Paste it into a Custom HTML block (or the HTML view of the classic editor). Nothing syncs with WordPress's own store, members or checkout.

Features

Inline booking form
Pop-up booking overlay

Payments through SchedulingKit
Works on all SchedulingKit plans

Why Connect WordPress?

Clients book from your WordPress pages instead of a separate site

One copy-and-paste; no plugin or app to maintain

Changes to availability and services show up automatically

How It Works

01

Open Share & Embed

In SchedulingKit, go to Event Types and open Share & Embed on the service you want to offer.

02

Pick a format

Choose Inline Embed, Popup Widget, Button Link or Direct Link, and copy the code.

03

Paste into WordPress

Add a Custom HTML block (or the HTML view of the classic editor) where you want booking to appear and paste the code.

04

Test a booking

Publish, then make a test booking from the live page.

WordPress workflows

Embedding the booking widget

Copy the Inline Embed code from Share & Embed and paste it into a Custom HTML block where you want the booking form to appear. There's no official SchedulingKit WordPress plugin, Gutenberg block or shortcode; the embed is plain HTML.

WooCommerce stores

The booking widget isn't connected to WooCommerce. Bookings don't go into the WooCommerce cart or checkout, and they aren't orders. You can place the widget or a Book Now button on a product or service page; payment for the booking is taken by SchedulingKit (Stripe, PayPal or Square), separately from WooCommerce.

Members-only pages

You can put the embed on a page that only members can see, but that doesn't secure the booking itself: the underlying SchedulingKit booking URL is public, and anyone with it can book. SchedulingKit doesn't check WordPress membership or login.

What the WordPress integration doesn't do

  • Use the embed code from a service's Share & Embed. The whole-site Booking Site embed can't load inside another website; link to it with a button instead.
  • No sync with WordPress accounts, members, orders, carts or checkout.
  • Some WordPress.com plans and security plugins strip iframes or scripts from pages. If the inline embed or popup doesn't appear, use the Button Link.
