HIVE

Hive is one of the best productivity tools in the market. You can improve your organization’s work ethic and productivity using Hive. The mobile application of Hive allows the team members to check to-do lists, create schedules, check meeting timings and share files with each other in one click.  

The desktop and web applications of Hive have room for productivity. Every project can be seen differently depending on the person’s work style, like the Kanban board, Gantt chart, Calendar, etc. All project members can see all the new updates, so everyone stays informed this way. Your part in the project is also highlighted and added to the ‘to-do list’, so it keeps you informed about your work too. 

Hive can be downloaded for free by anyone. The Hive team costs $12 per month for each user, and Hive Solo is free of cost for up to 2 users. 

Todoist 

Todoist is an easy-to-use application that allows all the team members to stay on the same page. This application allows you to group the project tasks together. It is an excellent app for creating a to-do list. It also allows you to collaborate with other team members and share files or assign tasks to them. 

For a limited number of projects, Todoist offers a free version. The premium version, which allows unlimited projects, costs $3.9 monthly and $35.9 annually.

Google Docs

Google Docs is a widely used application for instantly sharing documents and collaborating with your team members. It saves you a lot in sharing files with group members. You can add your group members to your document file, and they can access and check your progress over time. It also allows you to customize the settings for each member, like editor, commentator, or viewer only. 

Google Docs also allows you to highlight a specific part of the text and make notes for it. If someone has added comments for any specific user, they will be able to get an instant notification about it. Moreover, this application is free of cost without any paid plans. 

IFTTT (If This Then That)

If This Then That (IFTTT) is a productivity tool connecting different applications. IFTTT works best as an automated tool for everyday tasks to niche occurrences. You can add different alarms and notifications for your ease. The repetitive tasks are well automated using this application. Therefore, you can focus more on the new tasks and carry out your work efficiently. This app is free of cost and can help you save a lot of your time.

Calendly 

Calendly is a wonderful productivity tool that syncs the Calendly calendar with Google Calendar and asks you to set your meeting preferences. Evernote 

Evernote is a wonderful application for taking notes. If you face problems remembering things and designing notes, you should consider Evernote as the best application. It collects all your ideas and places them in one place. You can also take photos of written documents and save them on your device. You can organize all your notes in the form of a notebook and tag them as per their category. 

Evernote is free of cost. You can install and use it for your notes. The premium version of Evernote costs $4.99 for each user. Moreover, it is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. 

Forest 

Forest is an excellent app that keeps you productive. It is best for those who find it hard to keep their phone down and focus on their work. You have to open the app and plant a tree. The tree will grow as much as you will stay away from the phone and stay focused if you will exit the application before finishing your work. The users can plant more trees by working and growing an entire forest. Calming sounds are also added to it if you stay focused for more time.
