How to Cancel Trafft
Follow these steps to cancel your Trafft subscription
Export your data first
In Customers, choose Export Data and the needed columns. In Appointments, set the date range you need and use Export Data to download a CSV; only appointments in the selected range are included. Save service and notification settings separately.
Review website integrations separately
Identify the WordPress pages or other websites where you embedded Trafft. Removing those embeds stops visitors using those forms but does not cancel your Trafft subscription.
Cancel or downgrade as Super Admin
Use the plan management control available in your Super Admin account to cancel the paid subscription or switch to Free. Trafft's public terms confirm account-based cancellation but do not name an exact menu path; contact [email protected] if the control is missing or you need an earlier plan change.
Verify the effective date and renewal
Save any account or support confirmation and check that renewal is stopped. Trafft's terms say cancellation and downgrades normally take effect at the end of the current subscription term; review the date shown for your account.
Remove booking pages from your site
Update or remove Trafft booking widgets, shortcodes, or embedded links from your website pages to prevent broken booking forms.
Trafft Refund Policy
Trafft's pricing page advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, while its general terms describe subscription fees as nonrefundable and cancellation at the end of the term.
