Follow these steps to cancel your Dubsado subscription
Log into your Dubsado account
Go to dubsado.com and sign in with your email and password. Make sure you're logged into the account that owns the subscription, team members or collaborators may not have billing access.
Navigate to Billing settings
Click on the gear icon or go to Settings, then select "Billing" or "Subscription" from the menu. This is where your plan details and payment method are managed.
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Scroll to the subscription section and click "Cancel Subscription" or "Downgrade." Dubsado may show you what features you'll lose and could present a retention offer or discount.
Confirm cancellation
Complete any cancellation survey (optional) and confirm your decision. Review the effective date of cancellation, you'll retain access to features until your billing period ends.
Save confirmation
Take a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation page and check your email for a confirmation message from Dubsado. Save this as proof in case of any billing disputes.
Dubsado Refund Policy
Dubsado does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you're on a monthly plan, access continues until the end of the current month. Annual plans ($200 or $400/year) are typically non-refundable for unused months.
