How to Cancel Microsoft Bookings
Shared Bookings is included with eligible Microsoft 365 subscriptions. You can unpublish a booking page, have an administrator disable Shared Bookings for users or the organization, or separately cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription. How to Cancel Microsoft Bookings
Follow these steps to cancel your Microsoft Bookings subscription
Log into the Microsoft 365 admin center
Go to admin.microsoft.com and sign in with your admin credentials. Microsoft documents the global administrator role for the organization-wide Shared Bookings setting. Billing cancellation and Exchange mailbox deletion have separate role requirements.
Navigate to Settings > Org settings
In the admin center, go to Settings > Org settings and open 'Shared Bookings' in the list of services.
Disable Microsoft Bookings
Clear the setting that allows your organization to use Bookings and save changes. This disables Shared Bookings access and management across the organization. Administrators can instead remove an individual user's Bookings service entitlement through Users > Active users.
Unpublish or delete individual booking pages (optional)

If you want to cancel M365 entirely, go to Billing > Your products in the admin center. Select your subscription and follow its billing cancellation or recurring-billing controls. Export Your Data First
Make sure to save your important data before canceling Microsoft Bookings
Use Shared Bookings > Export, choose a date range and export appointment history as TSV; Microsoft documents a four-month reporting window

Want to cancel Bookings but keep M365
You can disable just Microsoft Bookings without canceling M365. Go to admin center > Settings > Org settings > Shared Bookings and disable that service only.
