TherapyNotes Pricing History
The December 4, 2019 version 4.53 announcement introduced the $49 Solo price later that month; the previous 2023 attribution was incorrect.
An October 30, 2025 pricing update announced Solo $69 and Group $79 plus $50/additional clinician, effective the first billing after December 1. The earlier claim that a $30 add-on began in 2024 remains unverified.
