Log into your Calendly account

Navigate to Billing settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select "Billing" from the dropdown menu. If you're on a team plan, only the account owner or admin can access billing.
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Scroll down to the subscription section and click "Cancel Subscription" or "Downgrade to Basic." Calendly will show you what features you'll lose and may offer a discount to stay.
Confirm cancellation
Complete the cancellation survey (optional) and confirm your decision. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Verify via email
Check your inbox for a cancellation confirmation email from Calendly. Save this email as proof of cancellation in case of any future billing disputes.

Lost access to event types after downgrade
The Basic plan only allows one active event type. Your other event types aren't deleted — they're deactivated. Reactivate one by deactivating the current one.
